What UXMachine can and cannot know from one URL

A public diagnosis is useful when it stays honest about its evidence. UXMachine analyses the visible experience of a public URL, but it does not pretend to know private analytics, user intent or the full business context.

What UXMachine can diagnose

First visible experience

UXMachine can inspect what a visitor sees first and whether the interface makes the next action clear.

Observable UX friction

It can detect signals such as unclear hierarchy, weak CTAs, confusing structure, layout risks and trust gaps.

Technical and accessibility hygiene

It can surface visible technical or accessibility signals that may affect comprehension or use.

Evidence-based verification

When evidence is not strong enough for a direct recommendation, it should frame the issue as something to verify.

What UXMachine cannot know from a public URL

  • It analyses primarily the first visible viewport of one URL, not a full site.
  • It cannot guarantee capture on every public page. Anti-bot protection, paywalls or heavy JavaScript may block or significantly limit what is visible.
  • When capture is incomplete, UXMachine may return a partial structural reading, technical signals only, or no diagnosis. This is intentional: it withholds recommendations rather than inventing them from insufficient evidence.
  • It cannot see analytics, revenue, CRM data or conversion funnels.
  • It cannot know internal strategy, campaign intent or customer research unless provided.
  • It cannot infer how every visitor segment behaves.
  • It cannot audit an entire site from one URL.
  • It cannot guarantee that a change will improve conversion.

Why some findings require verification

A responsible diagnosis should separate action-ready issues from signals that need confirmation. If the evidence is limited, the report should say what to check instead of pretending certainty.

Verification is not a weakness. It is how UXMachine avoids turning weak signals into confident-sounding generic advice — which is the most common failure mode of AI-assisted analysis.

Public diagnosis and account memory

Public diagnoses are not saved. Creating an account does not recover a previous public diagnosis. Logged-in diagnostics are saved automatically and will become more useful over time as history and context accumulate.

Current memory is early. There is no full project memory yet, no continuous monitoring and no automatic recurring diagnostics. These will evolve as the product develops.

Do not ignore context that the public URL cannot reveal.
